The more you take care of your rented car, the lesser you pay. To make sure our cars are always in a good condition, service fees are applicable and we want you to know exactly what you pay for.
  • Rental
  • Default in Payment/Unsuccessful Charge of Installment/Monthly Extension £ 15 for 3 days delay and for more than 3 days £ 25
  • Late Return Fee 1 day rental/£ 10 whichever is higher
  • Prepone/Postpone Reservation £ 5
  • Any Amendments to the Reservation/E-Ticket £ 5
  • Change of Installment Date (on approval) £ 25
  • Admin Fee on Rental Amount - Bank/Cash Transfer £ 5
  • Return of Vehicle in Different Emirates £ 5
  • Vehicle Recovery & Force Collection Charges £ 100
  • Delivery & Collection Charges (all booking types) £ 5/£ 10 per service as per location
  • Failure to Update Expired Documents £ 15

  • Refund to Same Credit/Debit Card Used Nil

  • Cancelled by Customer before Collecting Vehicle 10% or £ 5 whichever is higher

  • Cancelled due to Incomplete Documents 10% or £ 5 whichever is higher
  • Non-Rental
  • Non-fueling of Vehicles on Return/End of Agreement Actual Fuel cost + 20%
  • Return of Unclean Vehicle Actual + 15%
  • Smoking Inside Vehicle £ 50
  • Lost Keys Actual Cost of Key + 15%
  • Tampering with Vehicle/Salik Tag/Vehicle Logos Actual + £ 15
  • Drained Battery/Leaving the Headlights on (during site visit)Actual Cost + 15%
  • Non-charging of Electric Vehicles when at or below 50 kms Driving Range £ 20
  • Traffic Fines
  • Fines less than £ 35 £ 5
  • Fines more than £ 35 15% of the Fine Amount
  • Parking Fines £ 25
  • Leaving Vehicle in Unsecured Place £ 25
  • Accident
  • Failure to Provide Police Report (within 2 days) of Incident £ 25
  • Insurance Excess
  • Excess Amount in case of Accidents (irrespective of nature of the damage) with driver under 25 years of age or an unauthorized driver £ 300 + 100% of the Total Claim Amount
  • BMW - Excess Amount in case of Accidents (irrespective of nature of the damage) with driver under 25 years of age or an unauthorized driver £ 500 + 100% of the Total Claim Amount
  • Other
  • For any Legal Formalities, an Additional Fee will be Applicable. 15% of the Total Decline Amount + Any Legal Fees, Document Charges, Court Fees etc (as per actuals)  Actual Charges + 15%
